Founded in the Spring of 1998, the Western
North Carolina EastEnders Fanatics gather four times a year to
celebrate the British program EastEnders.
Our members, as diverse as the characters
on EastEnders, live in and around the beautiful Smoky Mountains.

Every January, April, July, and October, we
meet in Asheville for "GabFests," where we discuss
EastEnders, pass around the latest EE novelties and peruse our
impressive library of books, videos, magazines, cassettes and
CDs.
Perhaps our most exciting treasure is our
cast photo album, which is filled with lovely color photographs,
autographs, personal notes from the stars themselves, and an
authentic EastEnders script.
We often pull our chairs up around the telly and
watch a classic EastEnders episode. We regularly enjoy
our "Pub Quiz," where you can win prizes for your
EastEnd knowledge. Check out our link on the left and
test your EE knowledge on our past quizzes.
Our membership grows with each passing year. The
enthusiasts who comprise the WNC EastEnders Fanatics are a friendly,
lively bunch --- always thrilled to welcome new-comers. We would love
